Got to the speaker, told them I had a mobile order. Got to the window, they tried to give me the order for the car behind. Gave... me my items in a bag, misty freezy/blizzard/sundae. All beginning to melt before we've even left. They also forgot the peanutsto the sundae despite charging me for them. They completed the order way sooner than the time pick up was for (907 was scheduledpick up but got there at 902am and my blizzard was already melting and not upside down). Staff was not friendly . Second time I have been to this location and order a "brownie and oreo cupfection" for my son and I. Instead we get two cups of... over priced vanilla ice cream with a half oreo and brownie on top. And a little chocolate sauce. Would be nice to get what Iactually paid for for once. Cave Creek location always does it right. Read more
