I just witnessed the WORST customer service! This lady who was with her new born baby didn?t receive her order correctly and the... young workers were rude. I saw the worker in drive through close the window on this customer several times. Then when thecustomer came inside to speak to the manager for a refund. The rude worker and another just started laughing. The manager didn?tsay a word or try to calm the situation down. To keep closing the window on a customer is absolutely RUDE! We've been going to this Dunkin for about a year hoping that it would get better but it hasn't. There's something fundamentally... wrong happening here. Lack of training, poor management idk what it is but it needs fixed. Today I had to argue with the baristamaking my drink that I had 2 espresso shots in it. It was on my receipt. She literally argued, went back to the register, put adouble espresso sticker on it and then gave it to me without putting espresso in. I watched the entire thing. When I told herthere was still no espresso her manager then had to step in, argue with her more before eventually remaking my drinkherself. While I waited these are just a few of the things I observed happening with the other staff members. Staff literallythrowing bags of food across counters. Batista grabbing donuts WITH HER BARE HANDS!! Attitude from almost all the staff whenasked about anything. It was the most unprofessional I've ever seen a Dunkin. This place is a health hazard.
