Are used to go to this Dutch brothers all the time. They were efficient the coffee was good and the people friendly. All the... people are still friendly, the line takes much longer to get through sometimes 3 to 5 minutes per car which is ridiculous. TodayI watched the girl chat with somebody for a very long time then finally the second drink came out for this car and when I got upthere my coffee was cold and it was BITTER- the first time I?ve had the worst tasting coffee it was like Folgers. 5 stars for the coffee. Best in town. Now for the feedback. I agree with the one star reviews the traffic is catastrophic.... Almost rear ended several times by drivers not paying attention while hanging out in the middle of the road. The employeestaking the orders at times are oblivious of the situation and instead of moving cars forward they stand there idle taking theorder and chatting. I?m not interested in becoming your friend I just want to order my coffee and get out of there. I get it youwant to leave a little space, however, it?s two and three car length gaps at times. Second, let?s address ?would you like toleave a tip?. STOP ASKING. The app has a tipping feature and there are two blue boxes at both windows. If I?m in the mood orhave the cash to tip I will do it. BE AWARE tips are added without permission. Whether it is intentional or not it?s annoying. Iwas curious why the price of my coffee kept changing. I finally asked for a receipt and started seeing the tip added without mypermission. Some of the workers are nice, but the price is constantly changing for my one drink that I always get. I eventually became fed... up with it and asked why my drink was exactly one dollar more, the worker said TAXES RAISED so that means prices do too. Weeklater, I asked at the window why my drink was THREE dollars more today, and the worker look at me confused and told me it wasthe tip. The worker taking my order DID not ask if I wanted to leave a tip, I would say whatever, but this is not the first timethis has happened. You guys need to update your menus with prices so that there is transparency between the customers and yourstaff. I should not have to call corporate to learn that I am in fact being stolen and lied to from your staff, whether it?sintentional or not, I dont care. I would 100% tip if I WAS ASKED, but I wasn?t. The line here gets super long and I kid you not we have actually waited in line for almost an hour. Once you get in line it's... hard to get out. The person taking the orders will talk to the person ordering and takes forever after they have ordered. Thedrinks taste horrible! I always get the same thing and the coffee is so bitter and nasty. Once i ask for hot chocolate and i wasonly given about 1/2 the cup full. When I ask them if I can get extra caramel or whipped cream they barely put anything likethey're the ones buying it. I notice that sometimes my total $ will be more on somedays. Not sure if this people are adding tipswithout asking us. They need to be taught how to properly make the drinks. Read more
