Easily the worst brisket I?ve ever had. Also didn?t expect it to be all chopped up rather than sliced. Tasted like dog food.... Interesting how a cut of brisket is like 5.99 a pound and places be charging extra for the cheapest item ???? Read more

Ordered a 3 meat plate for pick up. Arrived back home to find out I only received 2 out of the 3 meats. Pulled pork and hit link... tasted good. Mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a box, baked beans tasted like bushs. Texas ?toast? wasn?t very toasted.Overall I?d say the meat is a 4/5 sides are a 3/5. Would?ve gave 4 stars but was missing part of my plate so 3 stars. Read more

Not as good as Texas BBQ, but the ribs were good. Keep in mind, only the best BBQ joints in Texas can consistently beat a home... smoked brisket. We take our brisket seriously in Texas. I would have been bittersweet shocked if it were even comparable. And,while I should know better than to expect anything similar when traveling to other states, I keep trying with an open mind (Iknow some states take their BBQ seriously, too). Dantro helped us at the counter and he was awesome. He was a fan of nearly allof their meats (as a team member should be). We tried several meats at his recommendation. The brisket was better seasoned thanmost Texas BBQ joints (which generally seem to leave their brisket unseasoned and let you salt to taste), but was pretty dry, especially for my taste, but I think dry for anyone's taste. The hot links had good flavor, but the texture was strange (almostfibrous - not soft and didn't give way easily after you bit through the casing). The ribs had a sweet sauce and came off thebone easily. They were certainly our favorite. I would recommend the ribs if you have any expectations. Read more

Was on this side of town and decided to try it. So glad we did! I got the smoked turkey and beef brisket, hubby got pulled pork... and ribs. It was all amazing - and we're very particular about our BBQ. Everyone was super friendly and so nice. Wish it wascloser to us in Surprise, but will definitely make it a point to come back! Everything looked absolutely amazing. It was very delicious except the BBQ brisket. It had a old dry been in the fridge a few... days taste. They said it was made the same day but im a chef and as someone who avidly smokes meat i could tell the meat eitherwasn't stored properly before cooking or after. Wasnt a big deal. The manager offered to replace it with something else but wewas ok. Good service. Read more
