For fast food, I think it's pretty good. Not sure what is going on lately, but the dining is closed during the day. Also, went... through the drive through during the evening, and was told, "only online orders." Weird. Read more
Worst Jack n the box ever!! Maria (if that's even her real name) who claims she's a manager, gets so lazy and doesn't want to... take orders so she says it "mobile orders only" at 3pm on a Saturday. What's the difference from putting a mobile order VS adrive thru order if you still have to make the food?? Then she says the system is down as she is cashing out more than one carin front of us. She said it would be 20 minutes and we said we said we would wait and then she threatened to call the police onus for waiting the time frame she provided. It's always this same worker we have issues with. How do people like this keep ajob? She doesn't even want to work or make the company money. I WILL BE GLAD TO SPEND IT SOME WHERE ELSE. Read more
Super slow service. They have a ?mobile orders only? sign at the drive through. Takes the forever to try and pick up an UBER... EATS order. These are mobile orders and they still take 15 minutes to pickup at the drive through. Read more
