Went through drive-through. I ordered a ton of food. It all came out fresh, fast, and they got the oder right. Plus, the few... people working the late shift were busting moves to get the food to me fast without asking me to get out of line. 5 stars!! Read more
My order was not what I asked for? i had a random person bully me for a spot in line. When I ordered the employee did not listen... to what I had to say and doubled everything I said I wanted 1 large fry, 1 tacos no cheese, chicken sandwich with onion and a3piece egg roll. They gave me 2 orders of fries cold, 2 chicken sandwiches and two cold tacos with cheese. To top it off theydid NOT give me a receipt. Did not honk about it when I left because I did not check my order until I got home. Worstexperience of my life with JIB.. We have been here at this location at least 3x now, and each time there has been issues but NOTHING as worse as today. I came... through the drive-thru and placed a simple order for 1 meal just to get home and find hair inside my burger box. Not just anyhair but this looks to be pubic hair. Drive thru hours and service suck, when they are actually open the cheat their timers by making you wait holding up the line... BEFORE you get to the pay/pick-up window.
