This was my first time visiting and eating at a Johnny Rockets. I paid like $13 for a pretty thin burger and fries. No drink or... anything. While the food was fresh it was the definition of underwhelming. *sigh* Oh but I would like to shout out that thecustomer service was incredible. Read more
My husband and I love coming to Johnny Rockets, specifically this location. Its close to home and the food is oh so delicious.... We came in the other night and our cashier, Michael was incredibly kind and patient with us as we ordered. He did a great job onchecking on us and making sure we were happy. The cook, Brandon, did a fantastic job and got our food to us in a timely manner.The atmosphere and food was absolutely divine. Looking forward to our next date night to come back?? Read more

As you can see, the sign says, ?Shakes?. My wife and daughter went in to order two vegan shakes. The total came to over $21.... When my wife mentioned that the sign says ?shakes? and not ?excluding vegan shakes?, the manager said that?s the way it is. So,instead of subtracting the total by $10, they lost a $10 sale and 2 customers. Needless to say, my wife and daughter walked outwithout shakes and will no longer be returning. Terrible customer service. Either change your sign or have the vegan shakes beincluded. False advertising! Read more
