This food truck is a vegetarian or pescatarians DREAM!! I ate here today after a hike and the food was incredibly delicious! So... flavorful and so many vegetarian options. The pineapple salsa is super tasty and all of the tacos are piled high with toppings.The agua frescas are the absolute best I?ve ever tasted!! So fruity and sweet. The quesadilla even had a perfectly crisp layerof crusted cheese on the outside!! Their food is to die for and I can?t wait to come back to try everything on the menu!!! :) Read more
