My husband and I go to Gloria's for a quick dinner since it's just down the street from where we live. The service is... outstanding! The girls are always so nice and friendly. The menu is basic Tex-Mex dishes prices are reasonable. But ,the food isalways hot and delicious. The ONLY downside is parking! The parking sucks since the restaurant is located in a strip mall. This is an adorable little Mexican restaurant. We were seated within 2 minutes. Received chips, salsa, and bean dip. So good.... Staff was very friendly, and service was incredible. Super fast! Within 30 seconds of our drink being empty, it was picked up tobe refilled. Our server, didn't write any of our order down, she was doing it by memory...and not one thing was missed! Veryimpressed. Now let's dive into to the food! I had a chicken fajita bowl and my mouth was watering when it arrived. The taste wasabsolutely delicious. My boyfriend had the cheese enchilada with a taco on the side. (He didn't leave any food behind). I alsoloved all the choices for kids. Normally we have a 2 dish selection on the kids menu but they had tacos, enchiladas, chickenfingers, pizza, and even more! All I can say is WOW! My mom wanted Mexican food so I just did a map search and this place came up. The reviews are great so we... thought we'd give it a go. The prices are fantastic, the food is amazing and the service was perfect. Our food arrived quickly,it was nice and hot and our server checked in on us. I have been going to Las Glorias Grill for well over 20 years. I have never been disappointed in the quality of food. I now live... in Tempe and make the 20 mile trip to get to this place. Their chips are always fresh, the bean dip served with the chips isdelicious. Portions are generous and reasonable priced. Service is always fast and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant. I went here for lunch on a weekday, and I was impressed! The food was reasonably priced and delicious. I ordered 2 tacos,... chicken and beef, and they were a good size. Rice was flavorful and not soggy, and the beans were not too salty and not runny.However, the atmosphere was too loud and the blender to make the drinks was right out in the open, not back in the kitchen. Thething I most enjoyed were the chips, salsa and bean dip before the meal. It really hit the spot. I would easily recommend thisplace if you're looking for good traditional Mexican food. Read more
