Staff is always awesome. even the poor lads who have to stand at the order box outside taking orders when that machine breaks,... reminds me of how in-n-out does it through there drive through actually. But always love the staff and amazing people they are! Read more
Been to this location twice, both times my order was overcharged and incorrect. When I made the correction with the store... manager she came over and grumbled about having to make the correction. Then tried to hand me less money back in cash than wascharged on my card on both occasions!!! When I corrected her she grumbled both times about it. The second time even flat outsaying she doesn't know how to do math. How do you have a manager who doesn't know how to do math?? Her name was Rosie. Afterfinally taking the card back and charging it back on the card like I had asked to the first time (and she told me she couldn'tdo that) she then charged the correct amount. This whole process took about 4 minutes. The first time it also took about 3 or 4minutes. I asked if there was anything that could be done about the inconvenience. The manager made no such reparations for hermistake and grumbled at me even asking. This whole thing has just been absolutely poor customer service. I have video recordingsof both occasions with the manager trying to rip me off. They'll most likely get posted online. I wonder with the current trendonline with major fast food restaurants if this McDonald's will want to keep a manager such as this... I wouldn't if it was mylocation. Bad business. I also had to take my coffee to another McDonalds to have it made correctly... also use the left lane ifyou do decide to go here, I sat in the right lane for 3 minutes waiting for someone to take my order while orders keep gettingtaken in the left lane. Time and time again, slowest service ever. Drive through backed up to the street. As I write this. I?ve waited 20mins so far for... my food? What is the deal with this location? Lack of training? Lack of management? Do they need staff? I don?t understand but Iwish they?d figure it out. Update: 35mins for 2 McGriddles and a coffee. Read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! I picked up food for my wife and daughter on November 19, 2022, at approximately 9 pm and when my daughter... opened her big Mac to put ketchup on it, there was already chewed chewing gum in the lettuce (see picture). When we returned toget her more food the manager was rude, and refunded only the burger only after being asked how she intended to make it right,while the kitchen staff was heard laughing about it. This is clearly unsanitary and the location acted as if we were to blame.I can understand things happen, but the rude response and complete lack of professionalism was astonishing. Read more
