Arrived at 11:38 or so Sunday, placed an order for two bowls at 11:42 (time on receipt). The place was not packed. At 11:59 the... server brought our bowls. The food was cold. I took both bowls up front to talk to staff. They informed me that they couldn'twarm them up, they had no microwave ovens, couldn't take the bowls back to the kitchen area. Staff offered to remake, I said Ididnt have another 17 minutes to waste. Staff offered a refund, which I refused. I got lids and we took our cold food home andreheated it. My wife informed me that our bowls sat on the shelf in plain view for minutes, while staff prepared an order for alarge party (8 people) who arrived and ordered AFTER WE DID!!! WHY did this large party get their food before us, we were therefirst! WHY was our food allowed to sit on the shelf and cool off? Read more
Super bummed at the quality of food from this location. I placed a pick up order at about 12:30 to be picked up at 1:15 - it was... blatantly obvious that they had made my order when they received it and it has just sat until 1:15 when I picked it up. Thenoodles were cold and dry. Read more

The only reason I?m giving 2 stars is for 2 reasons: 1. I mentioned to have no plasticware but still it was given to me in the... bag. For 2 years I?m trying to control and reduce plastic use and if the clear instructions are not helping, then what else am Isupposed to do. 2. Extra peanuts got my Pad Thai no peanuts. Again, clearly mentioned while ordering. And lastly, I love thisplace and that?s the reason I keep coming to it. I have given this place 5* from my other account four years ago because I havebeen visiting it since they started and I?m not going to change it but some simple things needs to be taken care by the currentstaff. High-priced and overrated. For the kind of price they charged the quantity is very less. No taste in the food. What ever we... asked was out of stock. The SriRacha was out, and the Spicy mix sauce was also out. The Quantity was not even sufficient for a12 year old, and the food was overly sweet and nauseating even though it was supposed to be spicy noodles. I'm never going tovisit this chain again, and I feel like it's been a very unpleasant experience.
