I've definitely had better food elsewhere - even at other Panda Expresses. The employees seem a little, um, disinterested in... their job - as far as the customer service part anyway. I've not had a bad experience, not a good one either. Read more
We have been to this locations several times with tasty food. Today, horrible quality on food! Orange chicken was hard enough to... break my teeth. Chow mein was on on the dry side. Ragoons spent too much time in frying oil. Same goes for the egg rolls. Read more

We get enjoy our food a day late but very grateful that we finally got our order thanks to Daniella. We had a horrible delivery... experience where we had to find our food, and once found we could not eat it, and no one answered our calls to the loaction toget a replacement order. Anyway, the next day Daniella took care of us, genuinely expressed empathy and replaced our mealswithout question. She was so easy to talk with, friendly, and polite. Ordered lunch for the office. Was watching them make the plates, and they told me to go stand off to the side and wait. I did.... Got back to the office with my food, and an entire main entre was missing. Went all the way back with the food, and they offeredto give me a side of it. By then, the food was completely cold. The worker was super angry that she had to make a new plate. Shetook mine from me and chucked it in the trash, all angrily. Terrible attitude and service. This isn't the first time somethinghas happened at this location, so I figured it's about time I leave a review. Will not return. Read more
