i ordered the plate.shrimp.orange chicken.chow mein and brwn rice.i got exactly 4 shrimp..smh and a small scoop of chow mein... that was buried under a ridiculous amount of brown rice.some of the orange chicken was burnt but there was a generous portion ofit. I am really curious to know why is it when it comes to the shrimp and the chow mein you guys are so freaking stingy with theportion but you have no problem giving an over abundance of rice? my other complaint was that I had ordered this for deliverythrough DoorDash, and there was no utensils no soy and worst of all there was no fortune cookie because I also got a kids "cubmeal" and my son looks forward to the fortune cookie but we didn't get any.stop being so stingy with the shrimp and chow mein.dobetter. Panda never disappoints. The food was hot and tasted delicious. This is not my normal location as the restaurant off Scottsdale... Rd. & Thomas seems to have fresher entrees (and a little better staff). Always a 'go to' when we crave Chinese food. Read more

When I arrived I waited for my order as it wasn't ready at the time scheduled to be ready. There was no acknowledgement from... Panda Express manager who was at front counter. She appeared upset, as usual (this is not the first time I order from here) .Another pick up customer arrived and after a few minutes of waiting he had to get the manager's attention by almost placing hiscell phone with his order in front of her face. This customer left with his order and I continued to wait. I saw a shelf withorders waiting for pick up and decided to check if my name was on it. I thought since I was being ignored and this manager wastoo busy to even acknowledge customers I could possibly check if my order was there. Then immediately I received attention fromthe manager who said "don't touch that! I am not helping you anymore". I explained I had been waiting for my paid for order andwas just checking if that order had my name on it. The manager proceeded to say "you can see we are busy! You are not gettingyour order".So I asked for a refund. She ignored me... I asked 2 times and she finally responded that I needed to do it online.I explained I ordered directly and again she said she wasn't helping me. That's when I asked who the manager was, after beingignored again, she said it was her. I asked for her name and after 2-3 times of asking she said it was Liz. Not sure if she washonest. When I got home I called to see about my refund since online it informed me that the restaurant I ordered should refundme and I should contact them directly. Liz is not someone you can talk to. Liz is very defensive and not what a leader isabout. I am utterly shocked she's a "manager" as she should be a model for the rest of the employees. Liz told me she sent outan email about what happened and why she didn't help me, she stated that she told me "mam, please don't touch that", when Ichecked to see if my food was on the shelf, which she absolutely didn't.
