They ruined an order I placed, gave me a credit for another pizza. I called 2 days later and I?m told they aren?t going to... replace my order this weekend because of Halloween. Problems from the get-go. When I ordered on the 602 number (which I would assume was the specific location), which ended up... routing me to a call center that sounds somewhere NOT in the US. He had a problem with adding the specific details as far as thecrusts, what was on and off the toppings. ...and the sauce.... 2 different pizzas with 2 different sauces. We get the pizzashome and both works pizzas had red sauce. Not one red one white, as was read back to me, by the order taker. Checked my bankaccount for something else, and found out that they charged my car for $30 TWICE. They messed up the type of crusts that wereordered. You SHOULD NOT have to check your order before going home from what they claim is a reputable company. They arenot. Now I have to go all the way back to get my extra $30 refund, my brothers extra $80 refund from a $40 purchase, and see ifI can get them to just refund our whole order. I will not be returning. I ordered late at night when apparently it was closed. Online said it was open so I trusted that it was. The system allowed me... to order and it went through the whole process of giving me a driver and having me tip the driver and said it was delivered. Inever got the pizza. I called a total of 13 times at night and morning to see what happened but no one answered. I actually wentthere around 11pm and I did actually see someone inside but two creepy men were outside so I couldn?t leave my car and went backhome. I checked online and saw that they are apparently open at 9am and i went around 10:30am to see they open at 11am instead.I went in and the employee was very nice i have no complaints about him he was helpful. But he told me that the system avoidedmy order and was actually going to refund me.
