If i could give zero stars i would. This place is horrible and so is management. I ordered a large chesse with special... instructions for no bubbles (picky kids) and this is what i got for $17.. My poor son just got out of the hospital and he was starving he hadn't eaten all day so we stopped by here to grab a pizza. They... told us it would be 15 to 10 minutes.. then they told us once again it would be 10 to 15 minutes.. it's been 32 minutes by nowand still no pizza, this is the worst Peter Piper Pizza I've ever been to the staff was clueless as to when the pizza would beready. CORPORATE PLEASE CHECK THIS RESTAURANT BECAUSE IT IS CASTING A BAD SHADOW ON ALL THE REST. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE. IT'SWORST THEN ANYPLACE I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! Spoke with Megan manager she said she's training 30 new employees were 15 years old andshe has no control over what is happening right now and then she quoted me at 45 minutes tops. This Peter Piper Pizza is the worst place I've ever gone to where fast food is concerned. They told me 10 to 15 minute wait two... times and have already exceeded both times. I haven't eaten all day long and I'm starving and I am on a Time clock and this isso ridiculous I am never coming back to this place again. Not only that the guy was clueless they were short staffed. Last night I order takeout for work and the order was supposed to be ready at 6:50pm. I arrive 3 minutes early and did not... receive my order until 7:26m. Mind you, there was a young man on oven duty baking the pizzas and we witnessed him burn multiplepizzas having to toss them away. We get through our first box of pizza and everything is great. When we open up the second boxthere?s black charred crust on about 3 slices of pizza. When I called and spoke to a younger lady she had asked ?does it tasteburnt?? which I didn?t think one would need to taste it when you can visibly see how badly burnt it is. She had told me she wasgoing to speak to her manager and see if there?s anything they could do. I was at work during this time and was placed on holdfor over 20 minutes. Burnt bread sticks. They couldn't keep up with the demand during the lunch "All you can eat" time... people were standing up... there with plates in their hands just waiting for the pizza. And when a few did come out, it was gone. I didn't bother to tryto get anything. Too many people waiting for pizza. So I basically wasted my money on burnt bread sticks. What a waste oftime and money. P.S. I never seen this problem at any other ppp place I've gone to before. Read more
