I called about 5 times to place an order due to I wanted to pick up and go.. when I called no one answered I thought they were... closed. So I decide to drive down there and they were in fact open. While waiting for someone to help me (no line) the phone isringing and yet no one is answering. Finally someone helps me and I place my order. I asked her I been calling and and no oneanswers the phone the cashier goes to say sorry we?re busy I say but it?s a requirement to answer the phone? the manager hearsme and says nothing. I after I place my order she said the wait time is 30 mins? I go and say if y?all would of answered thephone when I called 30 minutes ago I wouldn?t have to wait that long! This is crazy! Again the manager is hearing the convo andsaid nothing I had to ask are you the manager and she said yea! I go and tell her it?s a requirement to answer the phone as welland take orders? this is an express ppp and all she said was were short staffed! This is ridiculous and uncalled for.
