Ordered pizzas to go from the app on my phone. Fairly easy process. Pizzas were ready on time and they were very friendly.
Great guy at the counter when I came in the other night... turns out he's the new manager. The service I've had before was... definitely lacking, but this time I was greated with a smile. He's doing a great job getting the place staffed and getting newdrivers. I look forward to seeing the place improved, keep it going! Went back a few days ago. I am so done with this store. I understand tye occasional wrong order or late delivery. I also understand that not every... employee will be exceptionally friendly. What I don't understand is ordering online and the every just literally not even beingmade because the store didn't want to deliver a cash delivery. Why offer cash pay on a delivery then? They store also didn'tanswer my calls when I tried to inquire where my food was. As soon as I blocked the call they answered. Employee didn't care inthe least bit that I was upset. They have terrible customer service and I don't understand how they are still open for business. Read more

If I could leave zero Stars I would. Cameron (the store manager) is by far the most unqualified individual I have ever seen... running a store. He leaves his female employees to close by themselves at 1am when they walk home. He never works his fullshifts. He's disrespectful, unsympathetic, irresponsible, and he treats his employees however he sees fit. For example: When afemale employee who is going through stage 2 chemotherapy tried to call out, his response to her was that she needs to just,"work through it". There have been several complaints made to corporate and yet nothing has been done. I for one am appalled atthis behavior and will continue to file complaints until he is demoted, transferred, or had his employment terminated. Terribleestablishment. Read more
