I have ordered from this location several times. I placed an order online and pizza was suppose to be ready by 5:22. I went in... at 5:25 and clerk was finishing up with another customer. She asked me my name and charged me for the pizza. She went to theback but did not bring it back. Instead she got on the phone and after about 10 minutes went back and grabbed pizza which hadbeen sitting on top of the pizza oven all this time. I was the only customer. I waited for no reason other then her delay. Italked to manager Omar who offered to make me a new pizza which would have taken more time. Pizza was cold and I live 5 minutesaway from this location. I will have to find a new pizza restaurant for my next craving. Service sucked. Read more
