I recently ordered a lemon Italian ice from Rita's Arcadia. Rita's is known to have some of the best Italian ices, however when... I brought my ice home to eat it there was absolutely no lemon flavor. When I called the location to tell them about this thestaff were rude, accusatory and unaccommodating. If you are expecting good service from staff at this Rita's Arcadia location Iam sorry to disappoint you will not be experiencing that. Read more
As always Rita's delivers quality tasty Italian ice and custard with friendly service.
Thus place has it down pack. They have some if the best frozen eats around.
Called 4 times last Saturday to make sure they had lemon flavor...no answer but I still drove 15 mins there because I love... waterice. Well when I get there they don't have lemon, and I explained to the girls the phones didn't work. She apologized andoffered a discount on what I did buy.. 3days later I get a notification from my bank advising the total for the transaction wasupdated and is now $3 more than what I was charged at the store.
