You can't expect much from this part of town. Everybody knows west Phoenix, especially 35th Ave from McDowell to Northern, is... bad. Real bad. All the restaurants and establishments are bad. This Sonic might be the better of the bunch however. Usuallyeverybody is friendly and I haven't had an issue with an order yet. It seems like the manager really tries to not hire ghettopeople, to his credit, since that's all that lives around here. Read more

They really need to get some adults down there managing the children that are really un experienced in every aspect possible... most horrible experience ever ever ever I payed for food I didn't even receive my order was all messed up and wrong and thereattitudes about fixing anything were so horrible and when I asked for a manager or somebody in charge they sent another kid outthat didn't know anything about anything needless to say I spent $40 got about $20 of food and no help in fixing anything Idrove away so upset!
