I go to this Starbucks regularly. No complaints about service or coffees? I like to go and sit inside with a friend and... talk!!! It was so LOUD it was hard to function. I asked for the music to be turned down once ? obviously ignored. And when acountry song they all seemed to like came on.., all the workers were clapping and hollering with the music. 2 out of 2 times, I pre-ordered and paid the day before. They wrote the order in their book and when I arrived it was not... ready!! When I asked the manager about my drinks she rudely snapped at me and told me to speak with the register or she wouldhave no idea I am here for my order. SERIOUSLY? I ordered and paid the day before so I would not have to wait in line and havemy drinks made AFTER I arrived. I was late to my meetings because I ordered the day before, paid and believed they would have itready! Nope... never ever going to that starbucks again. Anthem has 3 others.
