The food is delicious, and the service fantastic! They have Manchego (sheep's milk cheese) which is awesome for those of us who... can't have cow's milk dairy. Gluten-free buns or excellent lettuce wraps mean gluten issues don't keep you from having a burgeryou can easily pick up with your hands. Kitchen is very open to additions and substitutions.
