It's fast food kind of Mexican style. It's pretty good. My biggest challenge is when you get this to go, the grease from the... meat tends to destroy the shell of any hard taco. So I'm trying to either eat there or eat any taco first lol Pro tip : doubleup on meat&cheese. It's a minimal cost but makes the item so much better. Read more
Placed an online order at 8:15. By 8:30 when I arrived the doors were still locked, no answer at the drive thru, no answer when... I called the store?s phone. There was one car in the lot. I?m guessing the one breakfast worker who might have showed up late?Maybe they were just running behind trying to open up a store by themselves? Posted hours of operation show they open daily at8am. If this isn?t the case you should update your hours to whatever is more convenient to your workers. Obviously 8am is WAYtoo early to be asking for some Taco Bell Breakfast Sausage Crunchwrap. This is the second time I've gone through the drive through and had nobody answer me. After waiting several minutes, I pulled to... the service window and again, nothing. The restaurant was open (opened at 8, this was between 8:10 and 8:25) and there were carsparked and people inside. The previous time this happened was after 9, same situation, months ago. Even when you get service, asolid 60% of the time you'll be asked to park and have them bring food out to you. I've waited up to 15 minutes in a parkingspace for food that I've ordered ahead of time in the app. And I've STILL had them get it wrong, which means back to the drivethrough and another wait in a parking space. This has no correlation on whether they're busy or not; I've had this happen when Iwas the only one there multiple times. Incompetent restaurant. The nearest alternative that works with the app is 15 minutesaway, and I've gone there multiple times after having to cancel my order here. That's multiple ten minute trips turned into hourlong excursions. Read more
