Coleslaw had funky taste. Didn't eat it. Chicken was dry and cold.
I drove through and ordered a 3 piece tenders combo. It was supposed to come with tenders, dipping sauce, fries, a biscuit and a... drink. I got tenders, fries and a drink. When I pay for twelve wings,I expect tewlve wings....not 10! This really pees me off to get home and look and realize how slack... these places have gotten. I guess it pays to check and count as quick as they hand it to you. Read more

The drive thru was backed all the way around building. I chose to come in. Almost empty inside. The manager was working on the... POS system, and the employees in the back were taking orders and then going to the back to make orders. I had ordered an 8pcfamily meal with all fish, an extra side of hushpuppies, and a 2pc fish combo. They came and told me, after waiting 15 minutes,that they had run out of the batter to make them, and it would take 45 minutes to make more. The hushpuppies I did manage to getwere either burnt to a crisp or so hard, as if they were old, that we couldn't eat them. Very disappointed. I love LGS.
