When they opened they were awesome. But the standard of quality has deteriorated so fast! The soda machines and iced coffee are... frequently out or not working. The hot food bar is almost always bare. The lines at the registers are almost always at a 15minwait even during non busy times. Not to mention the few times I?ve come in to hear a lady screaming at one of the workers in theback. Sad how quickly this place went down hill. Read more
Ordered BBQ Brisket Pizza online. When I went to pick it up they told my phone number was bad and they were out of brisket. I... asked if I could get a pineapple chicken pizza and the kid said yes if they had pineapple. They didn?t. So I ordered a BBQchicken pizza. I asked how long it would be and he said 15 mins. I told him I would be waiting in my car. I parked right outsideof the front door. I checked online to make sure my phone number was correct and it was. Plus, I had no missed calls. About 5minutes after I ordered the new pizza I saw the kid walk out of the building. I thought that was strange but maybe he wasgetting off work. So, when it?s been 15 minutes I go back inside to pick up the pizza. The girl working the register looked backin the kitchen after i told her I was picking up a pizza. Which she was present when I placed the order and heard the entirething. She turns back around and tells me they are out of chicken now!!! And that the guy came out to tell me. Which he didn?tdo.
