When I went to McDonald's I ordered a happy meal with extra fries with a frozen coke and when I got my food I had no napkins and... and only 1 baby fry. Ordered on the app. Showed up. They were taking orders and serving. I checked in and paid on the app. Waited 40 minutes. Then... drove to window and they said they are closed, no power. So they saw me sitting there for 40 minutes in a numbered spot andnever thought to come out to tell me they had no power. Gave no real apology, just took my order number and handed me a 20. If I could leave zero Stars I would. I waited inside the store for 33 minutes to receive a $12 order. I understand they have a... problem hiring people to do the job but if you don't have the people to do the job you should put a closed sign on the door andnot take people's orders. I don't understand why the drive-thru was moving so quickly but somebody who walked inside to sit downto eat had to wait 33 minutes to get their food. Makes absolutely zero sense to me. I finally asked for a refund and waitedanother 5 minutes and then they had the food ready. They obviously were not willing to give me a refund. It's sad that thisplace has such horrible customer service as it is the closest McDonald's to where we live. There isn't another one for severalmiles.
