I went in for Breakfast this Morning.....it took forever to get waited on and I was the only person in line. The Manger had a... horrible cough and a hourse voice but was still taking orders, touching food(no gloves) with no mask on. Seems like since this location was remodeled that service had suffered significantly. On multiple occasions my orders have been... incomplete or long wait times. I'm not one to write reviews. But today I'm writing one because I'm tired of losing money at thislocation. When I asked that some of the items of my order are in the bag only to be told they were by the drive thru attendant.To discover when I get home that they weren't in the bag. Needless to say I have met my frustrations with this location. Eventhought I should have checked the bag to but I relied on what the employee was telling me. Hearing and speech impaired help is supposed to be available at the window. Four ladies acknowledged saw me at the window,... however not one of them wanted to take my order. I tried the PA system prior to coming to the window, but no oneresponded. This place is supposed to be ADA compliant. It is a shame they treat their customers with such disrespect. Read more
I was ignored again. I was looked at by 4 employees from the back area and no one responded 20 minute wait on my 30 minute lunch... break. A lady shared she waited 45 minutes herself. I have worked close to this location for 27years and since the remodel the service has been terrible, my order has been messed... up the past 4 times and the last time I was there I pulled up to the drive thru first lane and was told to hold on a few and theoutside lane had 4 cars go in front of me and I was never served so mad.
