I called in dinner for two to go. The food was okay, but the young lady who rang up my order brought up a tip 3 x while I was... trying to pay. I called it in I drove over to pick it up. Why do they ask you to tip? Read more
Tonight was not good. Ordered take out at approximately 7:05. I walked in the restaurant at 7:30-ish to pick up our dinner,... paid the guy and waited... 10 minutes, 20 minutes, I asked about my order and was told it's coming. Another 10 minutes went by,I asked again about my order. The employee went to the kitchen to ask about it... 5 minutes later I was told the excuse was theprinter in the kitchen didn't print it for them- computer glitch, that they are working on it... at this point I'm a bit tiffedand they knew it. The manager seemed to be avoiding the front counter. I asked about compensation for the delay. I wasoffered a dessert pizza on my next order. I said at this point there likely won't be a next order! I asked for a 2 ltr. Sodainstead and did get it.. It's now been over an hour since I called in my order- still not ready. Mind you I paid for the orderwhen I first walked in. I should've got a refund and left but I was tired and ready to get home to eat. One hour & a half waitwith not much of an apology or compensation for the inconvenience, except a $3.50 2 ltr. Soda. At this rate Tony's pizza inPiedmont on hwy 86 will soon shut down. A shame & embarrassment. Be warned. I hope their cooperate people address their issueshere. Guess my expectations of service are to high. Came in with a group. They all got their food. And welps here I sit 29 min later... and no food. Go up to inquire about where the missing pizza is....yeah they hadn't even started making it even after the girlwho brought the last dish was made aware. The place was not busy. So there's no excuse there. They brought the first pizzas outquickly which was nice. But that was bout it. The girl was apologetic but passed the buck even though we told her it wasmissing. The manager showed up and talked to us and gave me my money back for the one pizza. Hopefully next visit might bebetter if it even happens. Read more

UPDATE: I recently decided to try the location again via delivery. In short, items were missing, we've ended up with food... poisoning, and the listed phone number doesn't even work. Don't waste your time. Terrific food, timely deliveries, and friendlydrivers! The in-store staff, however, is notably less pleasant -- the last three times we've gotten carryout instead ofdelivery, something has ended up being wrong with the order, and this location's managerial staff has been less than friendly(read: dismissive) in resolving the issue.
