This place is run down, smells of urine and the place isn't clean. The muffins are from the day before. Not fresh at all.

First of all the order was only one late and one ice cappuccino, this should not take more than 1 minute. We pull up at the... window and see 6 workers unable to complete this simple task. They charged us twice and we?re confused about the order eventough we were the only people in the drive through. After 15 minutes of waiting they told us the late machine was broken andgave us the choice of timbits instead. Very disappointed hopefully they can fix their problems in the future. Read more

We have been going here for years. Last few times we get home and the wraps we order are incorrect. Today we called to let... them know and they said we have to come back in store for refund. So my husband went back and the manager would not refund him. The girl on the phone said to come back anytime to get a refund with no mention of having to bring the wraps with us! Themanager was RUDE and unapologetic?even if we had to bring the wraps with us which we were unaware of, what kind of customerservice is that? We will now be ordering from another Tim Hortons that is EQUALLY close to home. Customer service is noneexistent at this Tim Hortons especially from the manager. Such a shame. Read more
