It's currently 7:36 pm. I'm at the Subway store next to the Pike Road Town hall and the person working inside has the door... locked and said they are closed. The posted closing hour on their door and website is 8:00 pm. This is the second time I'vecome to this store and this happened. It will be my last time. Read more
I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the worst subway I have ever had to deal with. The employees I have been in contact with... are rude and do not try to provide a good experience. I used to live right next to this subway location and am so glad I movednext to a different one. I am a HUGE subway fan and although the sandwiches are tasty, the service here makes me never want togo. Disappointed again. Read more
The employees and customer service here is great! I had a large, last minute catering order and the manager went above and... beyond to help me and get the order at a reasonable price. Not to mention, when I walked in, the staff was so friendly and ayoung man helped carry the bags out to my car. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and it was a breath of freshair here! Read more
