This location doesn?t carry a several ingredients listed on the menu. I normally get cotton candy with gummy bears and... marshmallow, but they do not carry gummy bears or marshmallows. I then asked for Oreo ice cream with peanut butter sauce ? againit turns out they don?t carry peanut butter sauce. They also didn?t have any waffle bones or cones available. My daughter ordered me a birthday cake for my birthday which was July 26th, she picked up what she thought was my cake after... waiting 30 minutes past the pickup time due to freezer being broken. So she finally reached my house where we were having abirthday celebration on my birthday only to be completely disappointed because they gave her someone else?s cake. The cake waspeanut butter ???????? nobody at my party liked peanut butter and when she called the store they told her that she had to waituntil the next day. Imagine having a birthday party with no cake lol! I went the next day to pick up the correct cake and thisis what I got. My 6 year old can write neater than that. My birthday experience was completely ruined and the replacement cakewas no were near the standard for a ice cream cake from cold stone creamery. Read more
When I entered the store there was one customer ahead of me, I placed my order and got in line behind her. After waiting on her... the young man behind the register walked away.
