Under new management. Small ice cream in a cup about 4 tablespoons of ice cream. I wish Mrs. Pong was still running it. Will go... to twin cones from now on. New maganment, not so good. Read more
Love this place. Usually they have several soft serve flavors that I enjoy. Unfortunately last time I went , the didn't. This... place gives a generous size cone, so unless you're wanting allot of ice cream, order yourself a small. I have to travel 15miles to get there, even though I have about ten other establishments closer to my home, but I make the trip regularly becauseit's such good ice cream. I was honestly disappointed - the exterior is cool, has a retro/throwback feel. But during this pandemic, one of the servers was... not wearing a mask while handling food/serving customers. Despite only one customer ahead of us, we did have to wait a littlewhile to place an order. I got a piña colada slushee, which was pretty good. This was the absolute worst ice cream experience I?ve ever had; no exaggeration! I stopped there with my son and his friend as... we were passing through town. I was taken aback by the the price of three cones...$19.60. The portions were underwhelming. MyButter Pecan looked like vanilla and was tasteless and freezer burned. There were two pecans in the entire scoop. As we weredriving home my son was startled to find a huge dead fly in his ice cream. He wasn?t even a quarter through it and had to throwit away. I felt inclined to go back and complain, but I was already in a crunch for time so I decided not to. I will never goback and I?m shocked they are even in business.
