Had breakfast here a few times and always pleased by the food, the place, and the waitstaff... Always busy on weekends but that... is to be expected... Ordered a grilled cheese with fries. I asked for tomato and mushroom which were added raw and cold, to my unmelted grilled... cheese. The mushrooms were also very old, though not enough to sicken you. Just dark brown with oxidization. The fries wereliterally cold. A few on top were warmish, but it was as if they tried to heat them in the oven but didn't leave them in longenough. My partner ordered a garden salad which came with the same sliced very old mushrooms. She also got sweet potato fries,which were excelllent. Maybe the best I had ever had. Makes my ice cold fries even more of a mystery. I would have asked for hotones btw, but our waitress was distracted talking to a couple at another table, the whole time we were there. I had to stand upand walk over to her to ask for the check after sitting for 10 minutes after finishing our meal. I found the military decoramusing. Read more
