Matt and his daughter catered our wedding and exceeded expectations in every way! Super easy to deal with and thought through... the two nights of catering with great detail. Game meat, fish, and chicken were served with amazing sauces and fresh salads.Simple, delicious, and just what we had hoped for. Thank you Pitchfork Fondue, we will remember these days forever, the onlygame in town in my opinion. Read more

Matt and his daughter catered our ranch wedding in Boulder, WY this past Saturday and absolutely knocked it out of the park.... Friday was Smoked Trout or Herbed Chicken with hot onion rings, rolls and salad. Saturday was elk & antelope with loaded bakedpotatoes and salad. People keep talking about it. People who normally don't eat meat, ate it and raved about it. We were blownaway and grateful. Oh and the lemon bars ! Buttery goodness. Plus, they looked good doing it. I didn't notice anything to cleanup, he was on top of it with the burnables, recyclables & garbage bins, and just really knew his stuff. Very professional, kind, and the food was delicious. Read more

Only leaving one star because: -Owner made fun of me in front of my friends when I said I didn’t eat animal products and... wondered what was available. It was not just one remark but a string of them. -The vegetarian (vegan) option was bad- it was abowl of over-salted grilled vegetables with grilled watermelon in it as well. I ate the whole thing because we I had just run 25miles and was starving. When the owner asked me what I thought of it I was honest and told him it was not good. The only savinggrace was the baked potatoes. -When I went to pay, the owner pulled up his machine which had all the prices listed. It said“Vegetarian $20.” The owner tried to charge me $37 but I questioned it, saying that his price list says $20 for Vegetarian. He hesitated and said that all the entrees are full priced and that the $20 Vegetarian is only if you get the measly buffetselections which could not possibly amount to a meal for anyone (potato chips, melon, lettuce and a few sauces). I think breadand their sliced little sausages would’ve been included in the $20 too but neither of those are vegan. He then said, okay- Iwill give you a 10% discount and then he charged me $34. $34 for: lemonade, a bowl of disgustingly seasoned vegetables, acouple baked potatoes, some chips, melon and lettuce. Will NEVER come here again. Don’t make fun of your guests, or if youare, you should be the one paying them as an apology. You’re awful. Would it be so hard to grill a block of tofu or have somevegetarian baked beans available? Read more

We were super excited to try this after seeing it on a travel vlog we follow and while the experience was fantastic, the food... (steak and corn) was not very good. Our steaks were all overcooked (we ordered one rare and two medium) and we ended up havingto take one of the steaks back because it was so well done our daughter couldn’t cut into it. We did visit on the first nightof Rendezvous which is probably their busiest weekend of the year. My husband and I are both in the restaurant industry andhonestly think they were just trying to get ahead of the crowd by pre-cooking and storing the food in the cast irons.Unfortunately, ours had just sat too long. I would definitely give it another try if we’re ever back in Wyoming. Read more
