Picked up a bug order for work. The pizza was great! Customer service was great as well. The owner walked me to my car with my... order because I had so many pizzas. ???? Read more
I ate lunch here one day I was in Pinehurst visiting family. I had to worst experience ever, I place my order at drive thru and... one slice of pizza I order was not given to me. So I walked in to let the employee know I didn?t receive a slice, the employeewas so rude about it. Which was very disappointing, when I told her about the mistake I was not angry or rude about it I shouldher my receipt and she continued to go on and talk loud and fuss about it. Another employee came and told me they had freshpizza coming out and would give me a slice I said okay. I walked out and left my niece in there to get the slice when it wasready since it was for her, when she returned to the car she told me how the rude employee continued to discuss it and said weprobably ate it, which sounds to me she was implying we were trying to steal. I have no need or will to steal anything and if Iknew she said that I would have returned everything. As the expression goes first impression are everything and that was myfirst time there and after that experience I will never return, from bad customer service to being called a thief.
