I first went through the drive through but decided to go inside so I wouldn't hold up the drive through line. I had my service... dog with me. She is trained for Phychiatric and physical stability as I go into anxiety attacks. She is trained to perform tasksto help me throughout the day, but also during those attacks. I walked into BK from the far side of the restaurant and wasimmediately stopped by the gentleman at the counter saying I could not have a dog in the establishment. I informed him that shewas in fact a service animal (she also had a vest on indicating so) He said it didn't matter and that I had to leave. I tried toexplain that she is medical equipment and per ADA LAW he could not deny me service due to me having a service animal. Hecontinued to argue with me so I just asked for the manager. He said he was the DM of the store. I then asked for the Generalmanager, owner or corporate and he refused to give me any information. Finally I just asked for the store number. He gave me anumber in which I text it to my partner immediately so I wouldn't forget, said thank you and left. I then ended up going into anattack in my car, in the parking lot and had to call my trainer to walk me through this issue of how to deal with this dilemma. To the manager, you have to keep work disturbances out of sight of customers. Your job is to break up the bickering as well as... push buttons (your words). while talking my order they didn't have almost anything we asked for. No chicken fries, no blue slurpee, no cherry slurpee. I was there on 10/27/22. At about 3pm. Tried to use the bathroom before i ordered. The bathroom smelled like a deserted... outhouse. urine soaked paper towels in the urinal and on the floor. The stall was indescribably filthy with urine and on thefloor. I left right away. Absolutely disgusting, staff were all in a cluster in the food prep area giggling and such. Read more

I walked in to get 2 sodas the manager was walking around cursing slapping the counter, shouting out loud he has no help. He... called someone on his cell & said he was tired of not having any help. Meanwhile I was 1 of 4 people in line and it took atleast 20 minutes to get my 2 drinks. I then proceeded to fill the cups at the soda machine when I tasted it the Diet Coke andregular coke were both flat. Then I realized there were ants crawling all over the machine and mold was growing in the corner ofthe drain under the dispenser. Completely disgusted I asked for a refund which added to the managers aggravation because hedidn?t know how to run the register and process a refund.
