Coming from someone who has been eating checkers since a young kid I loved their spicy chicken sandwiches and fries always! But... this isn?t my first time having an experience like this and I can?t keep my mouth shut again. I know what chicken sandwicheslook like if they are burnt. It is supposed to have a golden brown finish.. it was very much clear they were burnt. Politelyreturned to the drive thru to explain my issue and was told they could remake to try and resolve the issue. Waited in theparking lot for another 5 minutes to receive more burnt chicken.. I?m not sure how someone can make the sandwiches see it isburnt then say in their heads ?this looks edible? and serve it two times the same way? so you are meaning to tell me on thephoto you are advertising the chicken looked dark almost black? My friend also ordered a plain burger one side was burnt otherside was under cooked. Then the 2nd one they tried to fix the sandwich was completely undercooked had no crust at all on eitherside. Then has the audacity to say we never had burgers before. Even has the nerve to have an attitude because we requested arefund? for JUST the SANDWICHES? How!?!?
