Went to the Moe's closest to my house. Door was propped open. As we started to enter, one of the employees said they were closed... because they didn't have electricity (hurricane Ian). However, the lights were on inside....even the "open" sign was turned on.Then he put a sign on the door that said "Closed because of no power. Will open @ 5:00pm" Does that make any sense? They gave me someone else's food. The trash cans were ALL overflowing and the dining room was a wreck. There were 4 people... working behind the counter and noone went to clean the dining room when the line was empty of customers. Just pitiful. I won'tgo back to this location Read more
I hate being lied to. Asked for green peppers, was told they were ?all out.? Even though they hadn?t been open very long and the... spot where green peppers would be was just an empty container. I just assumed this meant the restaurant had run out of thementirely (nbd.) Then while I was eating and almost done I saw them start to make green peppers. JT was amazing! He was working the entire restaurant by himself. He seems to have a good system in place which let's us know... that he is frequently working without support. He kept the line of customers moving and the serving line was clean as was thedining area. He was providing great service with a friendly and sincere smile. He most definitely deserves a raise andpromotion for his efforts. Where is Moe's upper management? They really need to get out of corporate right now and supporttheir stores so that they don't lose amazing JT and others to other industries that actually care about and support their staff! Read more
