Drive Thur was closed so dine in was only option. It was my first time eating here so I was unsure of menu but the nice young... lady at counter assisted me with my order. I ordered lemonade, now when I say this is fresh lemonade I mean it was if they got itstraight from the lemons off the tree that is how tart it was.... I absolutely loved it. The corn fritters we're very good andthe original Cuban sandwich was Perfecto, two thumbs up Read more

I worked here. And the back of house conditions were a bit gross. I remember when it was shut down by the health department. I... witnessed the parasitic flies underneath a broken down machine. I've seen employees drop cups and metal tongs on the ground andput them in the active food area. The lemonade and pineapple limeade area usually has black mold if not actively cleaned. I wasdisgusted working here. A lot of sanitary issues. We had tons of puddles and had to avoid splashing. It was disgusting to workhere. At the end of the night they would drain the chicken juices from the grill and they would usually overflow. Some nights wewould step over chicken juices. And the sludge from the oil area. If the plantains and fries weren't constantly fresh. Andsometimes the cold beans had no plastic wrap covering. Sauces and certain fridge items were not covered correctly or labeledcorrectly. & Sanitizer buckets were not always changed. Too many gross issues. STAY AWAY! Absolutely amazing they haven't beenshut down. Read more

Literally the first bad review I have ever written but well deserved. I?ve noticed EVERYONE says their doors remain closed... (true) all young teens who don?t take their job serious or know how to actually do their job (also true) going through the drivethru only & they forget food (very true) that?s how we found out the doors were locked, had to go back through the drive thru &DO NOT ask them for sauce, they told me they?re ?not allowed? to give sides of sauce even after we said we would pay. Asked forthe manager & he was like 18 but was nice enough to give us ONE sauce. So I ate my dry chicken with no sauce. I also could notorder plantains as a side with my order. Don?t think I will be back to go through that again. Read more

This chain has the best chicken and the worst-run restaurants. How do you run out of chicken at 9:30 when you're open until 11?... Guy at the window didn't even know what was on the menu or what was available. Finally gave up and went elsewhere. Do you folksthink people are going to waste 30 minutes in the drive thru just to find out you have nothing left worth ordering? They willsimply stop coming. They used to operate these restaurants in Atlanta and Dallas, but they all shut down because these peoplecannot run a restaurant to save their life. They are sitting on a goldmine. If I had chicken and sauces this good I would be inevery state and would put Boston Market out of business. It's mindblowing that these people cannot get it together. Read more
