Half the sign is gone in the drive thru, so for someone who is NOT an auditory it's difficult to hear all the ingredients in a... drink when the cs rattles them off ..so come inside. Make my own drink, since I can't find the old menu or the drinks Iremember before. Pretty simple banana , whey, milk and peanut butter. The one made it with dry milk, after asking for Milk Iget a drink with almond ..but after I had to take the other one back. Then give her a receipt for a refund and instead I had toask them for liquid milk! Who doesn't have milk at smoothing place and uses dry milk and then doesn't say sorry or offer asolution? I decide to give them another try... While I'm there, she loses the receipt I had given back when asking for a refund, but realize it's late and I'm super hungry and it's hot. So I just paid over $7 for a drink I don't want????nor tastesgood. And no apology on the way out for no receipt. Bad customer service. As I'm writing this a family of 5 walked out withnothing and it's 1:45. Losing business and wonder why? Read more

Staff was very courteous. My order as made quickly and accurately. Store was very clean and inviting.
I order online. My first visit there, the employee or manager brought mine out the back door to my car so I wouldn't have to... wait to get it at the window since the person ahead of me had a big order. Very courteous. Read more

I would give less if I could. I was just there half of the sign is missing and I paid cash for my smoothie. The didn't give me... my change , till I brought up my total was 14.55 and I paid 20 in cash. She gave me an attitude and didn't even apologize.
