Great employee, although I looked at her name tag. I still forgot her name. But I do know she has been decorating cakes for over... 30 years an she offers Excellent Customer Service. We had a nice time conversing. I was telling her I have a cousin in anotherparish that does the same thing. She was very creative an handled last minute or if the customer was like me an didn't knowexactly what they wanted. They also have sherbet for those who are lactose intolerant.
