Rude service and they do not know how to make drinks. Very rude and unfriendly bartenders w attitudes. Bartender just walked... back and forth and ignored me for 20mins and took another persons order that walked up in front of me. I asked another worker toremake my drink because it was not good. The manager came and said someone would remake the drink. No one did. When I asked thelady about if she was remaking it she gave me a nasty attitude and said the manager was suppose to remake it I told her No! Notcoming here again. Read more
Dave and busters at Carolina Place mall! Can’t believe I spent whole day with the kids here, eat drink and play. My kids... haven’t gone out since Covid and this is a big stress reliever. Food was great, forgot to take pictures before we starteating????, service was exceptional! Read more
So oddly enough I am giving a 5 star review on a glitch. Because of how it was handled. Sarah the A-gm is truly a get it done,... customer service oriented, great service grade A management! We go here maybe once a month on half off Wednesday games and wehad a free Burger show that we earned from spent tokens on the reward program but it wasn’t showing up on there end. Shedidn’t even hesitate. She fixed us right up.. games are fun even when they Malfunction we always get more back in return. Wenever have a bad time here. Much better then the concord location! Dave and Busters Pineville location… the absolute best management and service! I took almost 200 high school students for... Senior week. Jim the manager was more than accommodating. He went above and beyond our expectations. The staff was kind,welcoming, and truly on top of everything! This is a trip I hope to do for years to come for our Seniors. Read more
