I enjoy the fast food of Jack in the Box. This particular store needs to improve. I can?t count how many times they screwed up... my order. Most of all they can't even remember to give a paying customer the straw for my drink when I happen to visit thislocation. Food is great, service is bad. Read more
Great customer service! This time when I was paying at the drive-thru window for some reason my payment card wouldn't work, how... embarrassing! and the lady(maybe management) was so kind as to give me my meal(a burger), this is my first time something likethis happened to me at this location and the way she handled it was just amazing, she even did this with a smile. Went thru drive through and the lady working the graveyard window had my friend and i just CRYING laughing. It was the funniest... drive-thru experience for sure. A sign in the window said "Late-night employees do not have the combo to the time-locked safe."When she asked if we needed anything else and I said "hey, yeah, one more thing... do you have the combo to the safe?" her facewas sooooo shocked-then-KNOWING, and we all laughed, and she was such a good sport about it and totally laughed at herself andit was fast after that food was done, and delicious. Ate my Double Jumbo Jack one-handed driving toward Oakland, didn't evenmake it to Pinole 'fore that thing was a piece of paper and some greasy mustard stains in my one hand. Five stars, all round.
