For 2 days in a row I was working in the area and stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich? first day I chose a pre- made... sandwich and it tasted like it was made last week?Today I figured I?d try a ?fresh made ? sandwich (a panini) the bread wasextremely stale and the sandwich was ICE COLD!! ?I was only working a few miles from the store so by any type of reason itshould have still been hot when I ate it???-NEVER AGAIN!!!!! In regards to the Wawa gas station, I was pleasantly surprised by the kind welcome of the gentleman who pumped around 11am on... May 9th. He was a gray bearded fellow who greeting us with a "Happy Monday" and a smile. It's little things like this that showthat there are people out there who aren't completely scorned by the customer service industry and put a little TLC and kindnessinto their job. Just had an awesome experience with the manager Anthony. The options for the new bubble drinks hadn't loaded. He fixed it... quickly among juggling other tasks.
