I want to give this location more stars because the customer service is wonderful and the staff are friendly, but I can't. I... hate sour cream, and always make sure to order it without. (DESPISE sour cream...) I've been on a diet lately, but after beingextremely stressed from work and family problems, I told myself I could have a cheat day. The first time they were out of riceand didn't even tell me until I drove off, took a bite... No rice but sour cream, lol... Trash. Then time they were out oflettuce. Okay cool but they still put the sour cream on it. Threw it away. Then next time I went I accidentally ordered at thewrong location. (a few hours away...) This isn't the locations fault but I tried several times to reach out to Taco Bell aboutgetting my money back. (I realized it only moments after placing the order.) I have emailed them four times with no response. Idecided to go back again last night for my long awaited cheat meal, hoping I could finally get something. SO MUCH SOUR CREAMGUYS.
