Food is delicious ! Absolutely recommend sunset Thai. Had the mix vegetables pad Thai noodles and wonton soup. Although I live... a ways away from this place the drive is definitely worth it! This rating is for all around experience here. As soon as I walked through the door I heard a woman say, "How can I help... you?". Then 6 get in again she asked the same thing. As I got to where she was at the counter she asked again.. rapid fire! I leaned toward her and as I looked around me I said, "I want to eat!"... she said, "by yourself?" Looking around me confused Isaid, "yes... is that strange"? She walked away from me and I sat down. When I was ready to order I asked her about the YellowCurry and if I were to order the mix vegetable instead of chicken or other meat what vegetables are used??? She said peppers,onion and potatoes (which is what already comes in it) so I asked again what other vegetables??? I don't think she understood myquestion and she assumed that was what I wanted. I ordered Sticky rice also. The curry was mediocre and the vegetables wherebig chunks and hardly cooked. The sticky rice was soooo sticky I couldn't get it to seperate. It was not good. Then my friendshowed up and ordered Mongolian Beef. It was not really that tasty. I definitely will not return. To me service is veryimportant and of course the food. At least the vegetables in the Mongolian Beef where cut thin and cooked through. Raw potatoesare not very good tasting. And with my eating issues I paid $20.00 for food I really could not eat. The server was very rude, we're from the central valley where there is authentic Asian food. This food was so watered down, our... Thai tea was a cup of ice, the menu was big on paper but was so small in real life. Their seafood pho was shrimp only. Where'sthe rest of the seafood? Crab, squid any other seafood? All of our food was sweet. The chicken Laab was sweet. The red curry was sweet. The beef pho was sweet. It is not authentic.
