A foodie’s find, EXCELLENT AUTHENTIC NIGERIAN that brought back fond memories of my GB student days when I shared a Uni flat... with a Nigerian exchange student and two others (all of us relished culinary delights). The electronic menu affords both avisual and descriptive appreciation of the food. My recommendations: 1. Nkwobi and Bokoto - cow legs, both very flavorful butI’m partial to the Nkwobi stew (a Nigerian favorite) that has a rich gelatinous sauce, well seasoned with just the right heatfrom chilies. 2. Edikaikong - casserole of mixed vegetables and slivers of meat/bones 3. Goat - large chunks of meat, tender andjuicy 4. Ila Aseppo - stew of okra and veggies, almost like a soup but thick and chunky 5. Fufu - a surprisingly subtly flavoredcassava mash to the consistency of a dough. Use it to fold in meat/veggies or to soak up sauces. Then there’s the Dodo StirFry, a delightful blend of colorful bell peppers and slices of green plantains (mildly sweet and textured, not the over ripekind). I’m not sure this is Nigerian as plantains are Caribbean, but the dish is terrific. Oh, dine with bare fingers (takeadvantage of the wash basin). The restaurant is cozy, very well lit. Very good service. Read more

I had the dodo and dundu and both were excellent. The spicy chili sauce was my favorite. I have never had anything like it. I... would love to know how it is made. I was very pleased with the service here. The staff was extra friendly and veryaccommodating. The atmosphere was very welcoming and enjoyable. You would like it here. I can’t recommend this location highlyenough. I would definitely come back here for the great service and atmosphere. You certainly will not be disappointed.Definitely stop by if you are in the neighborhood. I definitely will. Read more

What a fantastic meal! The chef came out to talk to use about the food and she was so wonderful and helpful. Everything we had... was perfect, though I have to say the Ewa Agoyin was the best bean dish I've ever had. We also had the jollof, plantains, gizzards, and some traditional starters such as Nigerian donuts and meat pies. I can't recommend this place enough. Read more

Unique restaurant specializing in Nigerian cuisine. Staff patiently explained the menu items, and made good recommendations, but... service could have been a little more attentive. Groundnut stew was good, and fufu was a tasty and necessary part of the meal.Spicy items are indeed spicy! Seeking adventuresome food that you haven't had before? Check it out! Read more
