I would have gave zero stars but I didn't have the option. The only good things I experienced was the service time and the... sauces. Staff was a bit rude and the guy taking my order I could barely hear due to him talking so low. I could barely read themenu with it being so high up and the red letters and entire menu are very small. The soda from the machine was mostly seltzerwater, the chicken was over cooked and bland the fries was also over cooked, hard and had a hint of fish flavoring. The staffare young kids with zero food safety experienced, no gloves or hair nets, this location was dirty and very small and not tomention loud. A few hrs after eating my wife got sick with diarrhea and extreme nausea.. I try to give people a second chancebut unfortunately this place was so bad I just can't. I honestly tasted better chicken from a cafeteria. I hope you head mywarning and not waist you money for mediocre over cooked food. Their are enough restaurants to not simply settle. Read more

Let this be a honest review for the establishment, filled with young folks who know little about food safety, young lady came up... to where I was eating and began spraying sanitary chemicals to clean the table, I warned her that that is indeed a food safetyviolation and cleaning should be done after a guest is clear of the table. This bit of advice was ignored. She stated "you havethis middle thing here to avoid that" but that is not how a spray bottle works. Those taking the orders at the registers arequestionable in quality at best, they won't tell you any thing about the menu but I will attribute this to the location beingonly 2 days old (Edit: still continues, also they refuse to speak louder considering how loud the store is, paired with theregister worker speaking like he's talking in a Library). Other than that the food is of excellent quality, it's the closest youcan get to southern style fried chicken anywhere up north, the honey wasabi is super delicious, I also assume the same of thebbq Sriracha but they mistook my order and I was too exhausted to bother arguing with them. I just realllllly wish that lady didnot spray chemicals on my table as I was eating there, that is a major food safety violation and I wish the inspector was thereso my issue would have been taken seriously rather than brushed off as you'll see at the bottom with the reply from theautomation just below this. Photo attached is the contaminated milkshake and piece of sandwich that also was sprayed. Poormilkshake had the lid off when she decided to come by and spray cleaning liquid around my food. Considering I am Servsafecertified and that even a child in kindergarten could know that it is disgusting to spray cleaning chemicals near someone'stable who is eating, I hope they will take action to prevent such atrocities when a health inspector drops by. Delicious chicken! Well seasoned, fried perfectly and a great portion for the price. I love the special sauce and buttermilk... ranch. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the amount of attention the restaurant is getting, I wish them the best inadjusting to the crowds! Read more

Chicken is pretty unique and delicious for the price. The selection of sauces I've tried so far have been great and I definitely... want to come back to try others. However, make sure to check your to go bag to see if you get what you ordered. Only my secondtime visiting and 2 of the 4 sauces were missing and the shake I was excited to try wasn't given to me.
