Dear IKEA. I hope you really care about feedback. I had a very disappointing experience recently with the delivery of two online... orders that I placed nearly 3-4 weeks ago. The orders were to receive on Sep 26 - and Sep 27 respectively, but both arrived 7-8days late after several frustrating phone calls and follow with customer service. While I had paid separate delivery fees foreach order, because one of the orders had a few missing items, your delivery company (EXPO logistics) kept my other order indelay for about 7-8 days and made me wait more than a week to get both orders late but together. That's not fair when you chargecustomers separate delivery fees. Very frustrating. People have plans and their time matters. When an order is delayed becauseof your mismanagement, you need to give your customer an estimate of time and a chance to reschedule when the late order couldarrive. This means respecting your customer's time. Also, some of your customer service staff on the phone are very rude andintentionally try to be unhelpful. Also, I received several items including fabrics and furniture parts sadly damaged, dirtied,scratched and with no protective package completely unusable just because the delivery team was incredibly careless about thecare some materials needed in transportation and when I showed them how things got damaged and filthy in their way oftransportation/delivery, they were so indifferent, they bluntly expressed that care was not their responsibility and I could askIKEA for redelivering the items. This was so disappointing. I would never again do an online order in IKEA and I won't recommendit to friends. Read more

Love the huge selection of amazing furniture. Got a nice gaming desk and a couple of nice filing units and they look amazing.... Prices are a little high, but it?s definitely quality furniture, not that cheap flimsy stuff you get from Walmart. Plus, whodoesn?t love Swedish meatballs? Read more

I?m giving this location a one star based on communication and shipping. We ordered some shelves for one of the entertainment... systems we bought. When the package arrived all three of the shelves we ordered were damaged. There was absolutely no packagingwithin the box to prevent damage. The box itself was not damaged. Meaning the shelves were either damaged prior to being put inthe box or they slid around so much that they got damaged?.probably the other?. So when we called IKEA to have them make itright, the customer service rep said we needed to file a claim against FedEx and then they can send new ones. Now mind you thebox wasn?t damaged so how is this a FedEx problem? Then, we asked about how they package their products because what?s the pointin resending if it is going to be the same scenario. They replied with that they have no way of knowing how things are packagedand can?t control how the warehouse does this. So in reality they can?t talk to another part of their own company??? Our otheroption is to drive two hours to bring to the store and get them replaced. What customer service?! I doubt I will ever order tohave things shipped from IKEA. See photos for proof! Read more

Someone please send HELP. I walked in here in 1993 and still haven't been able to find my way OUT. At every turn, there's a... handsome cabinet or an interesting-looking chair, I'm constantly tempted to buy the 3-pack of aluminum tart pans, but I knowI'll never use them. Luckily, the beds are relatively comfortable for sleeping at night and I've been living off of dry buttasty crackers from impulse displays.
