I saw the episode they did with Gordon Ramsay. I was pleased to find that they were still open. I called and was happy that... someone answered the phone. But, to my dismay, it seems that customer service is still lacking. When I called, a man answeredthe phone very rudely. He said, ?Jeans.? Then I asked, ?Is this Ms. Jeans?? And he said, ?Yea, whatddya want?? I was verydisappointed. Ms. Jean deserves better than having a rude, unprofessional employee answering the phone. Food is good when they?re actually open or not sold out. The last few times I tried to order they took the money and canceled... the order. When I contacted the delivery service I was told the restaurant wasn?t even open. The time before that theexplanation was ?they might?ve ran out.? Read more

4/20/22 We arrived on Easter Sunday at 1:45 as the place is supposed to open at 2p. We waited in a long line in the hallway... until almost 3pm. The ticket prices were increased to $25 per person due to the holiday (to be expected), however my mother wassupposed to be discounted when she mentioned a special code so she brought 7 other guests with her. The code was denied at thedoor and my mother had to pay $200! Outrageous! We proceed to sit down and continue to wait YET AGAIN as they are still notfully set up. Around 330 ish, the patrons who were taking their food to go was called up to the buffet first and those who weredining in were called by table. My mother who is a church elder/pastor was asked to pray over the food, and they called hertable dead last!!!! The audacity!!!! I decided to jip the line and get my mother a plate. She was only able to stomach the bakedchicken and baked macaroni as all the other hot food items either were entirely too salty or did not taste good. Overall as weattempted to eat what we could, and all 11 of us decided we will NEVER EVER return. From the wait time, to the food, to thecustomer service, this place deserves 0/5 stars and a RETURN visit from restaurant rescue or CHEF GORDON RAMSEY. This is meactually leaving a ?nice? review?
